Apang Meats is a meat retailer and wholesaler operating in Trinidad and Tobago. Our online platform allows customers to browse products and place orders for home delivery or pickup from our location at Sun Plaza, Port of Spain.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or place an order. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a person who does not meet this requirement.

3. Orders

Placing an order

Orders may be placed through our website or by initiating a WhatsApp conversation via the link provided on our platform. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We are not liable for any orders that are not confirmed.

Accuracy of orders

You are responsible for ensuring that the details in your order — including items, quantities, delivery address, and contact number — are correct before submission.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our platform are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation. We intend to introduce electronic payment options in the future. Orders are subject to payment verification prior to dispatch or preparation.

We do not store your payment or banking information.

6. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery

Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes will be communicated at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or third-party delivery providers).

Pickup

Pickup orders are available at our location: Sun Plaza, Port of Spain, Trinidad. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Failed delivery or missed pickup

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or fail to collect a pickup order within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee or cancel the order without refund.

7. No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and prepared.

If you believe there is a genuine error with your order (e.g., wrong item delivered), you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer a credit or replacement. This does not constitute a general right of return or refund.

If payments are not made upon the agreed time apangmeats ltd. Retains the right to reclaim merchandise or take appropriate recovery actions. All payments must be made before or upon delivery, depending on the nature of the order.

We take pride in the quality of our products. All meat products are handled and stored in accordance with applicable food safety standards in Trinidad and Tobago. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. Apang Meats is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
